Large Double Room - Easton/Redfield

Ok, here’s the basics.

Large double room in a 2-bed terrace in Easton. New flooring has recently been installed, including new carpet in the room advertised.

Room comes with a double bed and chest of drawers as pictured. The is plenty of room to move the drawers into the room and free up some more storage space.

Bills approx £75- 90 per month (winter).

Your potential new housemate is Paul. I’m 36 and work in the city. Seeing as this is a two bed I’m looking for someone I get on with so if applying be prepared to make a new bff!

I’m sociable with a dry sense of humor. Home is a sanctuary so calm vibes only please. I have recently moved in so there is space for you to have put your own touch on this place, I’m currently planning on bringing my horde of books to Bristol so you’d best be quick or this place will turn in to Flourish and Blotts!

I’m sporty (hockey) and love to read. Would very much like to have someone willing to explore all the pubs and foody places I now live near.
