Double room to rent in Easton home :)

Hey hey hey,

Me and Holly are looking for someone to share our home! The room is a large double on the ground floor fronting the street (it is quiet though). Rent is £450pcm with all the bills & council tax except for gas/electric - we pay these on a top up meter. In the summer months this comes to maybe £20-30 each per month? The cost also includes a fortnightly cleaner. Council Band A.

Lucky enough to say it’s my own home, I’ve lived here for around 7 years. Holly has just moved in a few weeks back (but we have known each other for years!) so we’re still settling in as a household :) Hopefully we can find a third who can make it a nice chilled home! Shared meals, relaxed vibes, evenings in the pub, odd movie, weekend adventures, climbing & surfing. Happy times..

The house is a bit rough around the edges, or perhaps better to say it has ‘character” (?). I do have a long list of things I’m working on, but this has been several years in the making … don’t hold your breath. It’s certainly not in pristine condition though, please don’t expect too much!

Holly, 26, is a Radiographer at the BRI (aka a laser nurse), I’m an architect (32). We met years back at the climbing club when studying at uni. We both work pretty regular 9-5 hours which we’re just getting back into slooowly … Holly just took a year off to travel the world, I just got back a few weeks ago from a 6 month trip riding a motorbike down to west Africa.

No preference at all for who moves in! Just so long as we get on well :) The room is available immediately. If ya are interested please do drop us a message with a bit of info about your self!
