Professional female for double room in greenbank

Double room available to rent in a shared house. looking for a woman to share with me and my 8 year old daughter, and Bella the cat:)

I also now have a friendly 29 year old spanish man living here, he is quiet and busy so is out allot working etc, he is also gentle natured, respectful and clean :}

I work often from home so it would be important for you to be a working person.

The room is a big double, which is furnished with low table, sofa, chest of drawers, bookshelf, storage shelf, lamp and a double bed.

the house is very lived in and has a nice feel to it.

Due to having a young child its important for me to have someone living here who is child friendly/cat friendly and respectful and quiet in the evenings.

i am friendly and relaxed and am a practicing Buddhist, so someone who is open minded would be good.

if you are someone that likes a party etc then this is not the place for you as we are pretty chilled and quiet.

i also want you to be house trained, that cleans up after yourself and is willing to do cleaning in the house

There is also street parking.

Greenbank is a lovely area to live, very quiet and relaxed, 2 mins from the cycle path and 10 mins from train station that goes to temple meads or montpelier/clifton, as well as 5 mins from bus that goes to the centre, its also minutes from allot of nice places to be/shop and eat, like the sweet mart, greenbank pub and some nice cafes too:)

i also have a nice but overgrown garden so if you have green fingers that would be great:)
