The house is occupied by 5 friendly tenants who are working professionals. Three male and two female all in their mid 20s to early 30s.

The rooms come with the use of a communal living room with TV and a large kitchen. There is a garden with access to the rear of the property along with a shed which can be used for storing bits e. g. bikes etc. A cleaner comes once a week.

The property is a 5 minute drive to the M32 and a 20 minute walk in to Bristol City Centre. There are 2 train stations nearby within only a 5 minute walk (Stapleton Road and Lawrence Hill).

We enjoy going to the pub, nights out, and the occasional house dinner at local places.
