Hello, I’m looking for a new female housemate to share this lovely home.

It is a quiet, tidy and professional furnished household. The room to rent is a double bedroom which is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, french style dresser, storage cupboard and original period fireplace. It is at the back of the house looking over the large garden.

Kitchen has storage, electric hob and oven, combi microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, dining table and chairs.

The lounge has a comfy sofa and armchair, a large TV (with Freeview and internet) and a wood burner.

There is a small spare room with a futon for visiting friends and family.

Large 70ft garden with a shed, a small bbq, table and bench, and a small bike shelter.

House is situated in the heart of Geenbank Easton with St. Marks Rd a couple of minutes walk, the Greenbank Pub about two minutes walk. Well known shops and cafes include No.12 café, the Thali, The Sweetmart, Café Maitreya, Matter Wholefoods and Este – all 5 mins walking distance.

Stapleton Road train station is about 5 minutes walk. Regular buses into the center leave from Stapleton Road every few minutes – 10 min walk from house.
Parking is free often with space outside the house.

All bills included i. e. Council Tax, internet and utilities.

You would be joining a 32 year old medical professional. She enjoys outdoors activities such as cycling, surfing, walking and arts and crafts. She also makes good use of the yoga and exercise classes that are in walking distance.

She is looking for a friendly professional person – minimum age 28-ish. Someone who is clean and tidy, mutual respect for each other and enjoy living in the house. Ideally she’d like to share with someone who is chilled, the house is very relaxed, not a party house at all, so would suit someone who is seeking this!

The owner of the house is moving out to live with her partner, so her room is now available to rent. The room will be available from 1st April

Contract will be a rolling 6 month contract.

No pets and no-smoking.
