Sunny room in Easton for rent from October

Hi there,
My name is Belén.
I am looking for a person to rent a room in my house. I am looking for a tidy, calm, respectful person who wants to live in the house for at least one year. We will be only 2 people living in the house the most of the most of the time.
The house is locared in Easton next to the cycle way. It is close to Stapleton train station and Lawrence Hill train Station. There are supermarkets close Iceland, Tesco, Lidl, close to M32, bus stop.
The room has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It is very quiet and sunny because it is looking to the garden.
I am Psychologist and I work for a mental health Institution and I do therapy at home. I am studying my Masters in Dance Movement Therapy in Barcelona once a month.
I am tidy, flexible and relax. I love doing therapy, I am friendly and enthusiastic. I am 38 years old. I do love meditation, circus, dancing, travelling, cooking, meeting friends. ..
It is very important for me that the person who will live here will be independent, and respectful with the house cleaning and living peacefully and calm.
The house is very quiet and next to a small park, and the neighbours are friendly and relaxed.
You will need to pay the rent £350 plus bills (council £50, +bills: water, electricity, internet, gas and petty cash £10 a month for the house cleaning products). The bills could vary from £80-£150 depending the month because the heating, so winter will be more expensive, summer/spring cheaper.
The deposit will be £400 from the first month.
