I'm looking for a lovely lodger/ professional female or male to share my home with.

I have a newly decorated furnished en-suite room with a brand new kingsize bed, available on the top floor of my house; allowing the lodger a private space away from my room downstairs. The bedroom is bright and receives much sunlight with an en-suite bathroom complete with a bath and shower over the bath, toilet and toiletry cupboard.

The property is a delightful, 3 bedroom quirky Victorian conversion/maisonette set across 2 stair levels, with a cosy attic bedroom overlooking leafy tree-tops and Fox Park, which is occasionally used for guests and situated next to the lodgers en-suite. The lodger has daily access/use of the guest bedroom with a desk that they can use if they so wish or just use as an additional peaceful space to relax. There is also a kettle to make tea/coffee in the lodger's en-suite.

The property boasts an excellent location within the vibrant community vibe of Easton, with easy access to the M32, bus stop just 2 mins walk away which takes only 10 mins into city centre/Cabot Circus and Stapleton Road train station also just 2 mins walk away. Also, walking distance to the popular trendy Montpellier, Stokes Croft and St Werburghs.

Easton, where my house is located boasts a friendly, supportive community with an abundance of yoga studios right on the doorstep, alongside a variety of independent wholesome grocery shops, gastro/local pubs, artisan coffee shops, restaurants, and the legendary Black Swan music/club venue and other live music venues. Not to mention easy access to beautiful ancient woodland along the river near Eastville Park and surrounding countryside.

I'm a Music Psychotherapist, Musician/Music Producer and Massage Therapist and have worked many years with kids and young adults in acute mental health and severe autism in a range of clinical settings; schools, NHS hospitals and residential care homes.

I'm a classically trained violinist, but in contrast I have a passion for underground dance music; particularly electronica and drum and bass/jungle, so it would be great to find a lodger who similarly has a passion for music, psychology/neuro-science, dancing, yoga and the arts.

However, that’s not necessary and someone introverted or who works away or is out of the house most of the week would be most ideal, especially as my music studio is at home and currently I'm working predominately on music production/jobs and have re-opened my lounge studio to provide massage/therapeutic treatments for visiting clients.

The person moving in will need to pay 1 months rent (inc bills) plus deposit £400 upfront; total £1000
