The house is a spacious 2 bed, with open plan lounge and dining room, freestanding bath, large garden with veg patch, hammock and lots of houseplants.

The room is a good sized double, unfurnished and over looks the garden.

I am looking for someone that wants to make this house a home, is considerate of their surroundings and is very clean and tidy. Ideally, you are interested in living a sustainable lifestyle, up for sharing food and the occasional meal.

I’m currently taking a break from a Geography degree, volunteer for a woodland and in my spare time, you’ll find me in the garden, foraging, making herbal tinctures and balms, dancing, spending time in nature and attempting to carve spoons.

I have two pets, Prince, a rescue cat and Malika an 8 month old Saluki cross. They like to spend their days lazying around, finding the sunniest spot to sleep in and bird watching in the garden.

The rent is £450 per month plus bills which around £100 depending on the time of year.

It is available as soon as possible.
