Double Room in Eastville house

Room available from 15th April (possibly sooner) in house with epic garden that backs onto a river in Eastville near Tesco & Eastville Park. £600PCM including bills, fully furnished double room. House has all sorts of bells and whistles -fibre broadband, projector, ice machine, log burner, fire pit outdoors, sun deck.

We are Dan and Poppy, 42/40 yrs veggie/vegan couple who own the home. We live in France but I (Dan) stay in the house when I'm in between jobs. Poppy and Moxie (3 y. o Staffie X dog) come back for Xmas and other times to visit friends and family so we aren't around much. When we are back we have our own bathroom and bedroom on the top floor.

We’re retired party people, so think more dinner parties than house parties or bringing the club back (we're very quiet & in bed by 11 usually but we do love cocktails on the deck/homebrew/very occasional late ones).

Also living here is another lodger Harry, mid 30s, lovely and easy to get on with.

We're looking for someone 30s and up (PLEASE don't reply if younger. Every time we advertise young students get in touch but no. You will find us dull, we will find you annoying/too noisy), preferably who eats veggie at home, is clean and tidy (this is essential- the house is nice and we like to keep it that way!). If you're interested in gardening then that's a bonus! No couples.

Pets considered (esp if it's a dog friend for Moxie) but since we have a dog cats are out of the question for their own safety!
