Great double room available in Eastville

Hello! I’m looking for a clean and friendly professional/mature student to share my garden flat in Eastville, moving in asap.

The room is a good size double with views onto the garden. It is unfurnished (but does come with a wardrobe). The garden is a good size and gets the sun all day in the summer. The garden is secure for bike storage. You can always get free parking on the road. The price of rent includes all house bills.

Deposit is one month’s rent - £650.

The location is perfect – being close to the Chinese supermarket and the St Werburghs side of Eastville with all the lovely restaurants/shops/pubs. Lot of lovely walks on the doorstep, up to the mound, Purdown, Eastville park, etc. And 5 mins from the big Tesco/Ikea. And also close to the city centre – 15 min cycle at a leisurely pace, and a 35 min walk.

About me:
I’m a 37 year old female working in marketing/publishing. I am easy-going but also love a clean and cosy home. Outside of work, love music/gigs/festivals/the odd night out. Am in a drum n bass choir. Love cooking. Spending time with friends. Going to exhibitions. Would like to start climbing too so if you’re up for joining that would be great!

About you:
I’m looking for someone who can really get on with and have a nice, clean home (not party house) which we can both enjoy being in and hanging out. But would also be great to have the odd garden party too…even if it’s just us drinking wine 😉
