Large Victorian semi detached house with very big rooms throughout. Plenty of on street parking. 35-minutes’ walk to Bristol City Centre with bus stop near and regular busses into town, and 10 minutes walk to Fishponds High street with a large array of shops, supermarkets and plenty of pubs, cafes, restaurants etc. Next to Eastville park, Frome river and great for walks or running.

Professional house share and need everyone to get on and so are looking for like minded people.....into veggie vegan food, barbecues, movies etc. You need to be sociable and not spend the whole time in your room, but at the same time need to appreciate each other’s space. This is an established house share having been rented for several years, mixed gender, working in various professions.

The kitchen is the communal open plan living area and is huge! It's linked to the lounge including breakfast bar, sofa, widescreen smart TV with googlecast. The kitchen has all appliances required including wash machine, tumble dryer, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, Range Cooker with 8 hob and electric oven and loads of storage. Pots and pans provided - also including cutlery.

The rear courtyard garden has plenty of space for barbecues with a large seating area. Veggie patch. Side entrance and bike storage shed.

All Bills are included. This includes TV licence, water, council tax, Internet (virgin fibre 100GB), Electric and Gas. TV points in the rooms, WiFi in all the rooms with extender’s provided, unlimited downloads.

Rooms are unfurnished. You will need to have your own bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers or have the ability to source them.
