I have a large double bedroom (3.6m x 3.95m = 14.2 m2) available in my house from 1st June

PLEASE NOTE - It will be empty and unfurnished from this date. Also - no pets allowed (sorry about that).

It will easily accommodate a double bed and a sofa and other essentials. It's the largest bedroom in the house.

I am currently converting the large attic space into a storage room chill out space too.

The house is EPC energy rated B.

It's a 3 bed semi detached with 4KW solar panels, external wall insulation, huge loft for storage (flooring job is due to be completed by the end of June), lovely bathroom with a good
combi boiler fed thermostatic shower with good pressure (and really warm! ), dishwasher, industrial spec washing machine, gas hob, electric cooker, 2G and 5G wired and wireless
internet, cable tv, hifi in the lounge etc etc. The garden is massive - at least 100 foot long and you get a large flat riverbank space adjacent to the River Frome. I have two apple
trees in the garden as well and the apples taste nice. I’m thinking of growing some potatoes and other food there soon - possibly some rainbow chard. Good transport links as well.

There’s an outbuilding workshop equipped for most mechanical and electrical tinkering.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and sociable.

Rent is £550 per month which includes utility bills, internet, TV bills plus council tax.

You’ll be living with myself and Sam. We like cooking and the usual social things. We are close to Snuff Mills and Purdown so lots of walks available. Deposit is one months rent.
