Furnished Double Room - New build - Emersons Green

Hi Everyone,
We’re currently looking for a third housemate in this newly built home in Lyde Green.

The pictures of the room are recent and include the current tenants items. All furniture will remain in the room with the exception of the white bookcase and drawer. This leaves a lot of extra space in the second half of them room to do with as you please :) (Please note the room is much bigger than the photos show!)

Current tenants are myself and Joanne. We're both working professionals, friendly and equally respectful of privacy. Joanne is the owner of George, a very friendly and well behaved Labrador (pictured).

The living room is currently being converted into a matted room/home gym suitable for jiu-jitsu, yoga etc.. This leads out to a double tier garden, a great sun trap in the summer.

We have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight who cleans the entire house so everything is generally kept pretty tidy.
