Private Quiet Cottage to rent for a preffessional.

This is a 1 bed cottage with free parking for 1 space, behind large secure gates. We live in a very safe quiet peaceful area outside Bristol called Failand.

Centrally located, 10mins form M5, 5mins to Clifton village, 10 mins to Bristol city center & 12 mins to Bristol International Airport.

The cottage is perfectly equipped with all the things you need, kitchen, TV, Netflix, Wifi. A lovely power shower and a cosy sofa to chill out on in the evenings. With a luxury king size bed upstairs.

You can also leave your car if you require.

There is a small court yard with a bistro table for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, however this outside area is not for entertaining in. The cottage is situated in our garden and the garden is only for myself and my children.

The cottage is on the edge of the Ashton Court Estate and surrounded by great walks, running paths & mountain bike trails, so if exercise is your thing, there are options on the doorstep.

I'm looking for a quiet professional, only 1 person who wants to use it as a place relax in the evenings after work. No parties or entertaining I'm afraid this is for a professional person needing a place to relax. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our family home, I have 3 young children and 2 dogs.
