The lovely house is situated in Filton just off Filton Avenue. You will be sharing the large kitchen, TV room, and garden, (which is great for BBQ’s when the weather is nice). A good choice of local shops restaurants and gym are a brief walk away.

Tenants will enjoy good access to UWE, MOD, and Aztec West. Easy access is also available to Airbus and Rolls Royce as well as the lively Gloucester Road.

The house has great transport links, just a short walk to the bus stop which can take you down Gloucester Road towards the City centre or head towards the Mall at Cribbs Causeway for a spot of shopping. You can also jump on a train from Filton Abbey Wood and in 8mins you will be at Bristol Temple Meads railway station.

The room is fully furnished as seen in the photographs however the TV and bedding are for display purposes only. The rooms do have TV aerial points installed. (it is possible to remove some items if you wish to bring your own).

You will be sharing the house with other working professionals. There is a shared bathroom that you will share with only one other person (the other bathrooms are ensuite).

High speed fibre optic broadband internet is readily available.

Gas, Water, Electricity, Council Tax, TV License and Internet included in the rent. Also included in the rent is a Weekly cleaner who cleans the communal areas of the house.

There is off street parking with room for 3 cars. There is also on street parking readily available. There is also secure bicycle storage available if required.

1 month deposit is required up front.

References and proof of employment will be required.

The room is readily available and i am able to conduct viewings on weekends, whilst adhering to social distancing measures. I will also be creating a Video Tour if you would like to view an online viewing and discuss over a video call e. g. Skype.
