The house is just off Filton Avenue within easy reach of cafes, restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop less than 10 minutes from the property with regular buses to the city.

These rooms are within a shared house and share a bathroom and kitchen with one other tenant.
The third tenant has a separate studio on the ground floor. Both tenants are male.

There is also a large garden at the rear of the property and on street parking.

Water bills included in the rent all other bills to be paid by the tenant and are divided equally between all three tenants.

You will need to be over the age of 35.

If you wish to secure this property we will require a holding deposit of one weeks rent which can then be deducted form your first rent payment.

One months rent plus one months rent deposit payable in advance.
