Seeking a single professional for a single furnished room to rent in a high quality shared semi-detached house in Filton. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the buses of Gloucester Road and trains from Filton Abbeywood Station plus the huge retail park there.

This is a single bedroom that includes a single bed with a single wardrobe with shelves/drawers, bedside table and lamp.

The house contains a spacious communal fully equipped kitchen/ lounge/ diner with a large oak table and 6 chairs plus sofas and coffee tables and lamps. There is a covered outside area leading to the lawned garden. The kitchen, includes a double oven, range hob, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a utility room off the hallway with a washing machine.

There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with shower/ toilet and one on the first floor with jacuzzi bath/ shower/ toilet.

We are looking for someone considerate of others and who is clean/ tidy and does not keep late hours or play music or TV loudly and is respectful of the residential neighbours.

The house is in an excellent location around the corner from Airbus, GKN Areospace and BAE Systems. Also Google maps states it's a 20 minute walk to Southmead hospital and less than 15 minutes walk to the top of Gloucester Road. Foothill park and the BAWA club and sports fields are opposite.
