A size-able double room on the ground floor with patio doors recently painted and decorated on the first floor. There's a double bed, and drawers. No bedding supplied.

Chill-out in the shared lounge with wide screen TV and sofa. Enjoy the sunshine and time with friends in the garden.

Very fast broadband WiFi is included, as is council tax, electricity and gas. All rooms are lockable to preserve privacy.

The house is in an attractive area near little stoke park (1 minute walk) a bus stop opposite the road entrance. Very local to parkway train station. Near M4 and Aztec West.

Tesco Express is 12 minutes walk, 24 hour Tesco Extra 5 minutes by car, local medical centre, shops, restaurants and the Cribbs Causeway retail and entertainment centres are all nearby.

The communal areas are cleaned every two weeks. All included in the price. Also included are all bills.
