Large room in beautiful Victorian house

I own a very well-presented Victorian mid-terrace house and have a room available Monday-Friday (fewer days for lower rent accepted too).

All bills are included and bedding can be provided. The room has blackout curtains and the windows are double glazed to aid a good night’s sleep.

The house is occupied by the family, which consists of me (Suzanne - 48), and my eleven-year-old son, a very friendly cat and a Yorkshire terrier. And a second lodger, who lives with us part time.

The house sits between the Gloucester Road North and Southmead Road, so perfect for Airbus, Rolls-Royce, the MOD, and UWE Frenchay Campus. Parking is on-street but very easy to come by and bus stops are within two mins walk in both directions. There is also a Tesco Express just two minutes walk away, which is super handy.
