Small Double available in Filton

Bright, small double available for short term lets or Monday to Friday.

The house benefits from a driveway, rear access garage, garden and (in progress) spare rooms to be used as home office if required.

Bought the house last year and I'm in the long process of renovating - hence a fairly low rate - mostly decorating. So far the Spare Room and Main Living Room are complete. All other rooms are dated but in perfectly good working condition. As above I hope to renovate the third bedroom to be used as a working home office/studio soon.

The room (currently) consists of a small double bed, free-standing wardrobe and some additional storage in built in wardrobe; TV and Soundbar. (I will try and get some additional drawers or shelves put up soon) Additional loft or garage space available. (the wardrobe and room itself WILL have doors on soon I promise)

All bill included. This is my first time doing this so would be great to hear from and meet you to discuss everything and get to know you (and for you to see the state of everything else). Female preferred but not required; I work and associate with predominantly men on a day to day basis (thank you Engineering and Construction!) - so would welcome the change - However, everything is negotiable at this stage - feel free to get in contact!
There are a few things I still need to improve/arrange before I can host someone - so earliest move-in won't be for a month or so...(written late March)

I live alone, with occasional visits from the family dog (photographed) and neighbourhood cat... origins unknown!
Currently WFH a few days a week, and hoping to look into fostering dogs in the future, so ideally you will be okay with dogs.

Try to keep myself busy outside of DIY projects with climbing, cycling, footy, badminton, hiking, music gigs and pubbing etc. But also love to relax in the evening with a good binge or film. Happy to have someone who keep to themselves or to socialise with, as long as you are friendly and respectful of my place (good with a paintbrush would be a bonus)
