Light & bright double room available in Lockleaze

We have a good-sized double room available in Lockleaze, perfect for commuting to Filton/city centre. The room is on the first floor of the property and shares a bathroom with 2 other rooms. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair provided by the landlord. In addition to this, we have a large shared kitchen and garden, but unfortunately no lounge. Our current housemate is buying a house with her boyfriend, so we are looking for a replacement from June (potentially sooner depending on her move in date for her new house) to the end of our lease at the start of September. The tenant will have to pass references and guarantor checks by the landlord, and then pay a deposit.

We are a group of 4 girls all aged 22. We are all on graduate schemes, so looking for another young professional to take the final spot. Please note we are not able to except students due to the council tax implications.

We are looking for someone who is sociable, clean and friendly. We often do things together but we also respect each others space
