Double room, comes furnished with a desk, bed and wardrobes. The room is located on the second floor.

You will have to pay a £375 deposit and first months rent. The rent does not include bills or council tax. (no agency fees!)

The House::
We have fully furnished the house including all white goods. It has a large garden, perfect for summer time BBQs, and a sun room! It's got a large kitchen (with two fridges) and a decent sized living/dining room too.

Located in Fishponds, with great links to the city centre via bus (48, 48a, 49, Y2, Y5, 5) . We are a 4 minute walk away from Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, Iceland and OneBelow (to name a few).

About Us:
We are three friends (Dom, Shay and Lucie) with a friendly four-legged creature named Barney (he's a cat). We enjoy hanging out together to play card/ board games, movie nights, BBQs and chillin in the park. We all have very different work schedules so we also enjoy our alone time and the house is usually quiet during the day.

You:
We are looking someone to join our cosy house! We're pretty easy going and are looking for someone who is tidy and friendly :)
