Cycling to the city centre takes just 15 minutes. Buses to the city centre take about 25 mins. UWE Frenchay is a 15 min cycle, 10 mins by car or a 23 min bus ride. Close to M32 if you need to commute further afield.

Rent is £545 pcm with a deposit of £545. Contract type: Excluded Occupier. Notice period: 1 month from rent due date.
