Hi, I am leaving our big lovely house and want to find a great replacement. The house is situated in Fishponds, close to the shops, local pubs and frequent bud links to city centre, fast services Y2 and Y5 to the centre. It's also in a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a large living room, kitchen with all appliances, garage, parking space, garden, spare box room and little utility kind of room. It has been redecorated last year and the carpets are the softest 😁. Bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The room itself is unfurnished but there is an option to buy the existing bed and wardrobe.
The landlord is also very nice and always just a phone call away. Ideally looking for a quiet female professional in her 30ies who can enjoy an occasional drink or trip to a local pub.
Existing housemate is lovely and easy going, best housemate you can wish for.
There is also some flexibility with the date it can be available.
The rent is £462.5 plus bills.
