Very large double in friendly share in Fishponds

We have a double room available from 19th June, with flexibility to move in any time between then and the 1st July. Rent is £367 per month and deposit of same amount. Bills usually come to £80-£90 on top.
You would be moving in with Jess, a nurse who works at Southmead who has been in the property for 3 years and has a good rapport with the landlord. Her cousin Abby and her partner Lucy are taking over two of the rooms (as they are single occupancy) so in all it will be a 4 person house share. Abby and Lucy are currently furloughed due to Covid.
It's a quiet, peaceful home rather than a party house as the remaining tenants want to make this a long term, relaxing home. Due to varying nursing shifts (a mix of days and nights) we are looking for a professional person who can be considerate to these working patterns. Abby works with music but most of her work is done using headphones. On occasion when this isn't possible, this will be discussed amongst everyone in the house so it can be fitted amongst everybody's schedules.
There are a number of shared interestes in the house including music and festivals although tastes in music differ. Abby and Lucy are in their mid 20s and Jess is 32 so they are looking for a housemate preferably in their 30s to ballance the age difference.
Jess is veggie and the other two eat meat occasionally but are respectful about preferences. There is a cleaning rota and whoever moves in would need to be OK with joining in with this.
The house is in Fishponds, close to bus routes, cycle path, 3 large supermarkets and in between Vassals and Eastville parks, so plenty of green spaces. The landlord has stipulated a preference for a working professional.
The room comes with double bed, desk, wardrobe, large set of drawers and a couple of inbuilt storage cupboards.
As a side note, the housemates are contemplating getting a cat, so somebody who wouldn't mind this is a must.
