Double room all bills included

Hi,

We’re looking for someone to join us in our house in Fishponds. All bills included. The location is quiet but near to bus stops into town, and very close to Oldbury Court Estate.

This is for a 6 month timeframe but we are happy to consider shorter or longer fixed term periods.

We’re sisters who are also friends, looking for a friendly housemate to join our home. We’ve always lived in house shares ourselves and like to live with other people. We enjoy the standard things: Travel, fitness, creativity, festivals, being ridiculous but are mainly sleepy or eating when we’re at home.

The room is a furnished double with a built in triple wardrobe. We can also put a chest of drawers in there if the new tenant needs more storage. There is a shed in the garden to store a bike. You would only share the bathroom with one of us as the other has an en suite, and there is an additional downstairs toilet.

Lizzie works from home Mon-Friday so we’re looking for someone who works out of the house. We are happy to discuss the period of time you need to rent for and will consider Monday-Friday lets for reduced rent.
