Small double room in 2-bed house in Fishponds

Fully furnished room with double bed, wardrobe, small desk, shelf unit, bedside table and chest of drawers. Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and large-ish garden. Very quiet street, close to main Fishponds road, cycle path, good bus route into centre. This isn't a party house, quite zen & peaceful, but the odd party/barbecue now & then is fine of course. Eco-living, no chemical cleaning nasties!
Sharing with me the house-owner, don't worry I've been a lodger/tenant most of my life so I'm used to it and I understand! I'm easy going and relaxed. Koko the cat lives here too, she's very fluffy, so you can't mind a bit of cat hair, regular hoovering helps.
No tories please, we just won't get on.
The bills & council tax are on top of the £415 monthly rent & currently are approx £147 each, so total monthly cost will be £562 without TV licence, or £ 569 with.
