It's located in Fishponds near some great pubs, the cycle track into town (15 minutes cycle), near lots of bus routes, Snuff Mills, Eastville Park (and IKEA).
£500 before bills (they come out at about 150 per month so £650 approx per month).
The room is unfurnished but the bed may be able to stay if discussed.
There is a large kitchen washer, dryer, two bathrooms (one with a shower) and lots of storage space.
You'll be living with another male tenant who does work early so not really a party house but very chilled and easy going.
