I have created a shared house which eliminates the usual problems –

This house was gutted and everything replaced.

Your room has its own electric radiator, with full timer controls, you control the heat and the temperature. It is a state of the art radiator, aluminum and oil filled.

The house has a top of the range fire alarm which I hope is never used but still gives you the peace of mind you need.

The water flow into the house has been up-rated so your shower feed doesn’t drop to a dribble and

Local area
Within 5 minutes you in Staple Hill, a thriving area of shops and pubs. A leisure center across the road. A pub next door to the gym, so get fit, then have a drink to cool down.. Buses to Bristol and Bath on your doorstep.

Another 10 minutes and you are in Downend or Fishponds with restaurants galore.

The ring road leading to the motorway, Filton, Kingswood etc is 5 minutes’ drive away.

In short this house ticks all boxes.

All rooms are double, but for single occupancy. No smoking (in the house) and no pets.

Because of the standard of this house I require a guarantor who is a UK homeowner.

There is no deposit, but I do ask for £125 refundable when you move in, non refundable if you don't. If this house is anything like my other ones, please bring the fee with you when you come, I had to let so many people down in the past. The £125 guarantees your room.
