Available from mid June, a beautiful double bedroom in a peaceful house. It's in a quiet residential road with on street parking right outside and off street parking around the corner.. The kitchen/living space is the heart of the house. The wood burner keeps things cosy in the winter and there is another separate front room downstairs also, so plenty of space in the house to relax. Glass doors lead out onto the garden where you are welcome to put a bike if you have one.

It takes about three minutes to walk to the high street where there are supermarkets and shops.. Right on the doorstep is Thingwall park and the Frome Valley so plenty of green space for running and walking. There is a cheap and cheerful gym 5 minutes away and the cycle path into town is also nearby. We're also not far from either Glenside or Frenchay UWE sites and it only takes 5 minutes to get to the M4 from here so it's very convenient if you are commuting.

About me: I run an organisation over in South Bristol and am out of the house and busy for much of the time. It would be great to live with someone who is mature, can hold a conversation and is up for sharing the house in a convivial way.
