Your room has its own electric radiator, with full timer controls, you control the heat and the temperature. It is a state of the art radiator, aluminum and oil filled.

The house has a top of the range fire alarm which I hope is never used but still gives you the peace of mind you need.

The water flow into the house has been up-rated so your shower feed doesn’t drop to a dribble and

Within 5 minutes you are in Fishponds, a thriving area of shops and pubs. Buses to Bristol on your doorstep.

The ring road leading to the motorway, Filton, Kingswood etc is 5 minutes’ drive away.

All rooms are double, but for single occupancy.

No smoking (in the house) and no pets.

There is no deposit, but I do ask for £125 refundable fee on move in - NON refundable if you change your mind before move in. If this house is anything like my other ones, please bring the fee with you when you come, I had to let so many people down in the past. The £125 guarantees your room.

I also need a guarantor.
