Owing to our daughter heading off to University in London we have a room available in our quiet family home. You'll be sharing with myself, my husband and sometimes one other person (a student at UWE) and two small friendly dogs. 

The room has a single bed (let is strictly single occupancy only please). No overnight guests as this is a family home. The large room also has a shared ante room for storing large items, coats etc. There is also access to a fully specified kitchen and laundry room, and when the weather is suitable, an extensive garden. There is a bathroom with power shower on the first floor (shared with the owner) but you have semi-exclusive use of a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.

There is internet access and off street parking. 

The location is in a quiet village with bus connections to the city centre (10 minutes by bus) other parts of Bristol and access to the M32. UWE (Frenchay and Blackberry Hill campuses), MOD and HP are all nearby and it is easy to get to BAE Systems; Filton airfield is ten to fifteen minutes away when relatively quiet.

As we’ve said this is a family home and we are happy to consider student, postgraduate, or professional people, for 7 day or Monday to Friday accommodation. For additional flexibility we also offer an initial one-month notice period.
