2 rooms going in beautiful stoke park house

We have two rooms available from August going in a 3 story house in beautiful stoke park.

I used to live in this house a couple of years ago and I’m coming back again this year.

The landlord is so lovely and will be working through Taylor’s agents this year. However, it’s now illegal to charge referencing fees. So there shouldn’t be any extra sign up fees.

The two that have already agreed to live here are both students, one postgraduate and one undergraduate. So ideally you will be a postgraduate/mature student too (as the council tax will be very expensive for you to just pay by yourself)

Room 1: Double

Although the smaller room has no double bed the house is absolutely massive. There is a huge garage downstairs that can be used for storage. Along with an entire 2nd floor communal area and cupboards throughout the property. For the price it’s going for, it’s a steal! The photos don’t do this property any justice. The rooms are definitely bigger in person.

Bills are unfortunately not included but will approx be £40 a month

All applicants who are interested in renting will need to go to the Taylors down end branch with a copy of your right to rent which can be:
A Passport
Full birth certificate accompied with photographic ID.

And proof of address which can be:
Driving/provisional license
Utility bill dated within the last 3 months
1 month bank statement.
