The house is in a quiet close, around 10 minutes walk from Begbrook Metrobus stop, the last stop before the city, a 10 minute hop down the M32. Another ½ mile walk brings you across the motorway bridge to UWE Frenchay Campus. We are close to the A4174 outer ring road, the M32 and the M4.

There is a large communal lounge and a shared kitchen. We have broadband internet installed. There is also a computer in the lounge. Your rental will include all bills. This is not a house in which people take drugs, drink all but the most modest amount of alcohol, or smoke. It is also a house in which very little meat is eaten, though not entirely vegetarian.
We like to keep our place nice.
