We have a total of 20+ rooms across 15 different houses all in the same vicinity at BS16 1TT. The Glenside Campus is a mere 5-minute walk from our location, while the Frenchay campus is approximately 15 minutes away by bus.

The prices of the rooms are as follows:
Deposit is £550.00
Small room - £113.00 per week (£493.09 per month)
Medium room - £124.00 per week (£541.09 per month)
Large room - £136.00 per week (£593.45 per month)
E. Large room - £146.00 per week (£637.09 per mont).

All of our houses are fully furnished and come with all bills included, except for the TV license.

Our typical houses have 5 bedrooms (fully furnished) and the communal spaces include 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen and garden.

The rooms are available starting from August 21, 2024, and we only accept student tenants. As the landlord, we do not charge agency fees.
