My housemate and I are looking to get someone else to come in the property with us when the other tenant (a female) moves out at the end of July.
The house is in an amazing area behind the yellow mansion in Stoke Gifford. The area is lovely, picturesque and quiet with no through road.
The room advertised is a large double with private ensuite and lots of cupboards and storage. ALL BILLS INCLUDED in the rent which includes sky TV and Internet.
We are both professionals and enjoying socializing and have the odd drink or 2 on the weekend.
The room is available from the 1st of August and viewings are recommended.
