The house is situated on the edge of Kingswood and Hanham on Mount Hill.

Easy access to Bristol city center, Long well Green, Kensham and Bath.

Near the main Ring Road for easy access on to the motorway. There are 2 bus links direct into the city with stops virtually on the doorstep.

Also near Bath-to-Bristol Railway cycle path and there is secure bike storage available.

Private off street parking x1 for you.

You’d be living with just me. I am super chilled, very friendly and well traveled. I like cooking and have a busy life style.

My house is very quirky, the best compliment is from my local postman 'Your House Looks like a film set ...The Holiday Cottage'.

I also have a vintage clothing business so i will be away for a few weekends doing trade shows.

I want my house to feel like a home and feel really comfortable.

It would very much suit a female similar age 20-40's someone who likes being social but also likes to chill.

If you love gardening, please go wild, I might learn a thing or two from you. Garden is maintained.

Friendly, safe area by far one of the friendliest I've lived by in Bristol.

It's very peaceful and quite so if you get back from a long day at work you can just chill out, so quiet.

I would prefer a house mate that works out of the house and not permanently working from home, where possible. You can take pride in the spaces around the house and Garden. treat it like your own home.
