A fully furnished extra-large master bedroom with built-in wardrobe and ensuite shower is available to rent my room to a professional single occupier. 7 days a week for £950 or 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) for £850 (it’s ideal for Bristol Uni, Lloyds, HSBC Banks, professional contractors) - all bills and council tax (for 7 days a week lodger - inclusive).

I am looking for a tidy, well organised, responsible, reliable lodger to live under same roof. It’s my home and I take a pride to keeping my house nice, clean, tidy and make my lodger comfortable and cosy. I got my little grandson and my family and friends visiting me some weekends. But they are all aware about house rules when I got a lodger.

The room is very spacious with a big window, and it's fully furnished: double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk & chair, wool carpet. The room is very light, warm in winter and cool in summer. A parking space within our secured private car park is available at extra cost. The building has a secure entrance.

The Harbourside is very popular location as it’s one of the important historical places of Bristol. Although it’s busy on weekends and during bank holidays but it’s very quiet on the weekdays. Many professionals would prefer to live in this area. It’s only 20 min walk to Temple Meads train station, Bristol University, BRI Hospital, Broadmead shopping centre or 5-10 min to regional office of Lloyds Bank. Ideal for those looking to reduce their commute from outside of Bristol.

The shared kitchen and lounge are spacious and cosy with unlimited broadband-Internet, TV, just like at home. It's very convenient for Lloyds Bank' contractors (5 min by cross ferry) or Bristol Uni (20 min walk).
