The house is based in Henbury, which is just a short 5 minute walk to Crowlane where you can pick up central bus lines that will take you to Cribbs Causeway (5 mins bus journey) and also around central Bristol (20-25 mins bus journey depending on traffic). There are local shops nearby (Co-op and Aldi) and are a short 5 mins walk away. The property has a large back garden complete with two sheds, private driveway and is enough to fit 3 cars on, a single garage which is secure, side access to the back of the house which again is also secure, a lounge, open plan kitchen/ diner, bathroom with bath and shower.
A 1 month deposit would be needed in advance and a 6 months minimum rent is allowed. The cost of the months rent would include bills (heating/electric/water).
