Monday to Friday room available in Henbury flat

One bedroom available in two-bedroom 1st floor Henbury flat. On street parking easily found outside, located close to the M5, M4, Cribbs causeway and local businesses. Bus stop right outside goes into the centre of town, or to Cribbs. The flat is nicely proportioned, lots of storage available and nice big windows. Flat has broadband, NowTV, Netflicks and Amazon prime all set up. Big living room with dining table, 1 bathroom shared between two with shower over the bath and a fully equipped kitchen.

About me: I’m a live in landlord who works full time in the NHS. I’ve got a busy life so won’t be about that much in the evenings, but always contactable if needed. I’ve got one tortoise (Geraldine) who is laid back, and requires no interaction. She actually prefers this! I also foster cats for a charity, so there will often be a feline friend about, but they are not allowed in the bedrooms and will be my responsibility, all you need to provide is the occasional cuddle.

I’m looking for a professional lodger (students on placement will be considered), looking for a Monday to Friday let. Happy to discuss shorter duration lets. Bed linen and towels will be provided and washed on a weekly basis - included in the price. I’m looking for someone who is looking for a quiet place to return to after work, who is happy around cats and is generally laid back and tidy.
