Welcome to our advert, here we have a double room in a private part of the house off of the main hallway
You would walk through the main door in to the large entrance hall, off of which is a doorway to your own hallway at the end of which is your en-suite.
There is a side doorway in to the room in which you have a double bed, bedside cupboard with table light and power sockets.
There is a double wardrobe with drawers and a dressing table and chair. Also a wall cupboard to store your food and a fridge freezer of your own.
There is a large window opening viewing our private garden with a blackout blind.
On the wall is a free view TV with smart access .
The ensuite shower room houses a Shower enclosure with a Mira thermostatic rainfall shower and wc with basin and underfloor heating.
As this is self contained you would be very private .
You will have Full use of our Kitchen/diner with table and chairs, range cooker , extraction fan ,crockery and utensils, waste disposal and microwave. In the utility There is a Washing Machine .
A washing-line in the garden , a heated drying shed with de humidifier and a tumble dryer available for wet weather.

The broadband is top speed unlimited use.

We have easy access to Southmead Hospital, commercial areas such as Bristol business park, Airbus, G. E Electric and Aztec West, Avonmouth trading estates and Amazon.
Nearby there is access to the Blaise Country Park Estate for walks through to Kingsweston House . Bus stop with access to Cribbs Causeway, Aztec West and Southmead Hospital bus services is 8 mins away on a level road. We are a family of 2 with a friendly small dog. We keep a very clean and tidy house. very secure, safe and friendly home.
