Two professionals looking for a third

We are two professionals looking for a third housemate to join us from the 1st of January. The house is in Henbury; the room available is upstairs, double sized and furnished, with access to a shared bathroom, (shower, sink and a WC). Downstairs we have a spacious kitchen and a dining room separate from the lounge. We have a big front and back garden, It's a quiet road and all the neighbours are very friendly. There is on street parking at the front of the property and we're close to Aldi and other local shops. There are good 24-hour bus links into town and we are extremely close to Cribbs Causeway for those shopping/cinema trips!

Rent is:
£460 per calendar month (full-time lodger), bills are all included.
£440 per calendar month if you require a Monday- Friday lodging, bills still all included.

The room comes with: Bed, TV, mattress, desk, chair, chest of draws, full-length mirror, internal storage and wifi.

About us... Jason - I'm 31, I'm a Trainee English Teacher, currently studying a PGCE at the University of Bristol. I'm sociable and up for a good chat but I also like my own space. I love hiking outside or staying in with films and many snacks in winter. I'm also a keen writer and painter.

Paul - 33. I'm an Engineer. I enjoy spending time with housemates and friends, and will definitely be up for chats and tea. I also enjoy my own quiet time. I'm excited to meet any new potential housemates that could round off our house trio, and join Jason and I in movie watching and general housemate fun things.
