We have a really good sized double bedroom in a happy 4 bedroom shared house in our lovely bungalow. The room is a really good size double room at the front of the house.

There is a really nice shower room which is shared between 3, the kitchen/living room is very homey, open plan and opens out onto the garden. There is a very useful separate utility room and plenty of fridge/freezer space (we have two).

You will be sharing with myself, Dave and Tash. We all lead our own lives but do often relax in the sitting room during the evening and watch TV and have a chat, there is useually someone in on any given day.

The house is in Henleaze, approximately a mile from the top of Whiteladies road and the Clifton boarders, about 2 miles from Bristol city centre. Busses are available from Henleaze road nearby. There are plenty of shops to choose from and Waitrose is the closest within very close walking distance

We are looking for a female to keep the balance of the group who is friendly, clean and likes to have a chat.

The room is £460 a month and bills currently work out as £100 per month (bills can fluctuate and you may be required to pay more if these increase)
