Hello,
We are looking for someone who would like to rent a room in our home. Ideally if you are a considerate professional person or a studious student wanting somewhere lovely to live - do come and have a look and meet us. We have two lovely spacious rooms you could choose from. The room shown in the photos has a bed that can be opened out into a double bed if preferred.
You would have use of the kitchen and bathroom - both of which are of a high spec. and have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
Your bills : water, gas, electricity, TV, council tax, would be included and the house enjoys a Virgin broadband connection.
We a minutes walk to Henleaze high street which has a whole range of shops, supermarkets, cafes, pubs, cinema and amenities and we are also within walking distance of Westbury -on-Trym village and the Downs.
There are two good bus routes (No. 1 & 2) that run directly to the City Centre or past Bristol University which are extremely close too.
We have three daughters who are all currently at University and one cat.
