Short let until house sale on April 16/17.

I have a sunny single room, available for a couple of weeks, in exchange for dog sitting/ walking.

This is suitable for someone with genuine experience of caring for, and walking a dog. Must be tidy as the house is up for sale.

The £200 advertised is rent discounted to £100 plus £100 bills. Must be available for one day, mid week, for 24 hours dog care, plus 4 walks a week.

There is also an elderly cat.

It is a comfortable house for working or studying at home. Downstairs, there are two large living rooms and an extra toilet. There is a downstairs toilet in addition to upstairs bathroom.

It has a lovely garden for eating outside.

The house is 100m from the no 2 bus stop into town, which goes to the centre of Bristol and to the university every 8 mins. Voi scooters also very close to the house. Or you can walk to the top of Gloucester Road in 10 mins for a bus the other side of town. So easy access to Gloucester road, the downs, Henleaze, Filton, Southmead hospital and Horfield leisure centre.

The garage has space to keep a bike.

No smoking in the house. And no couples or overnight guests. Single occupancy only.

Please note this is a quiet, environmentally friendly house, (as much as possible), mostly veggie, and we only have free range eggs in the house and try to be welfare friendly and recycle.

When I am working at home, I do most of the dog care, but I travel to London one day a week and also need 4 walks including one on sunday mornings.
