I’m Rich, I have a room that will be available at the end of April, I need someone signed up by the 6th. The flat is in Henleaze, about 30 seconds away from the downs. Co op & Waitrose walking distance away, on street parking available.
I’m 34, a civil servant and work from home most of the time. I like chilling, cooking meals & seeing friends, going to the gym and playing some tunes. Looking for someone to fill the room who is sound, clean & tidy. That’s pretty much it! Not bothered by gender or age really!
The letting agency is not accepting students, apart from if you’re doing a PHD and have income through that.
The minimum required income to be accepted is 20k per annum but they will probably accept you having a guarantor if you don’t quite meet that.
Rent is £637.50 plus bills which generally work out at around £150-£200ish (max for now but will probably go up whenever this energy stuff happens). All in you’re looking at £750-£800pm!
The move in day should be may 1st, potentially before if you arrange with my current housemate.
