I will need:-
Two References: one from your work place (HR can do this. It just to show you do work there) or college / university and one personal (Can be Mom or Dad if at college / university ) or from another Landlord.

We ask people are DBS checked, you may have had this done through work, which we can accept or if not you can get a police report from "Basic DBS check".. This will cost around £23.

This is just as I look after all my tenants, I try to make my tenant’s life with me happy and safe.

One month deposit and one month rent up front in cash. But then a Standing order to be set up for the rest of the payments.

The one month deposit will be paid back in cash on the day you leave so long as the contract has not been broken.
