This Mon to Fri let is a bright, spacious room with a view over the back garden, and it is available from the middle of September. It's in a 3 bedroom house, with live in mother and daughter landlords. We are professionals, one working for a local charity and the other at a hospital. The furniture includes a desk and a comfortable chair. The bathroom and kitchen are shared and we have pets, a cat and a snake.
We are 5 minutes walk from the Gloucester Road, famous for being a vibrant high street, full of independant shops, bars and restaraunts, with a leisure centre and library within walking distance or a short bus ride. There are regular buses to the City Centre, Southmead Hospital, UWE, Airbus, the MOD, Rolls Royce and Parkway and Templemeads Stations. The University of Bristol is a 45 minute walk or 2 bus rides away.
There is out of sight parking for motorcycles and bicycles, and free street parking.
We are looking for a contractor, professional or mature student, working or studying in Bristol during the week.
