Share A Flat With Me!

**PLEASE READ BELOW TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT**

I'm looking for a professional male to share a 2 bedroom flat with. There is a single room for storage, but the double is spacious and unfurnished for you to put your stamp on it.

The tenancy goes via Urban Property, and they will do the relevant checks with the usual agency admin cost. Once cleared a deposit of £560 is required, which is held in the deposit scheme. Rent is £400.00/month, and the council tax, gas, electric, water and broadband on top is an additional £160. Transport is easy into town or up towards the MOD via bus. There's street parking so no issues finding a space to park.

This is a flat in a well located and safe area just a street away from the fun that is Gloucester Road. It is close to a Tesco, Co-Op, Aldi and Lidl, so there is no chance of munchies or running out of loo roll. Horfield Leisure Centre is just 5 mins walk away and there are parks galore around for walks in the sunshine, or rain if you are that way inclined. Great pubs around too, if you fancy a pint or a Sunday roast!
I'm a chilled person who enjoys the odd g&t and watching boxsets. I like chatting and hanging out, but won't be intrusive or expectant of company, a home is a place to relax, after all. I have a lot of interests - love travel, cooking, baking, and rediscovered the gym to offset the cooking and the baking...
