A sunny, fully furnished double room available to rent Mon-Fri in a recently renovated Victorian terrace in Horfield.

Our tenant would also have use of our open plan kitchen diner living space, utility with their own fridge and storage cupboard, downstairs toilet, newly refurbished upstairs bathroom and small back garden.

The house is:
a 1 minute walk from The Inn on the Green pub
a 3 minute walk to Horfield Leisure centre
a 2 minute walk to bus stops for commuting into the city centre or out to UWE or Filton.
a short walk (approx 10 mins) to Southmead Hospital.

We are ideally looking for a professional female to share our home with us during the week but would happily consider a mature student.
